Double NAT & Public/WAN IP
I get internet home with a very "lovely" ISP where the knowledgeable people refuse to speak.
I'm looking for help :-)
I'm behind a strange double NAT and different methods give me 2 different "Public IP". As you may guess, only one is working. But it's that same one used by most, Cloudflare, whatismyip*.*, etc
With 2 notable exceptions (I could find): ipv4.whatip.me & wanip.info which give the one I'm really looking for.
Any one can help and tell me how they do?
Thanks already!

Probably they just have two upstreams without BGP. So on some routes you are NATed to another IP.
Could be you're behind CGNAT. If that's the case, best of luck.
