Can someone provide a test IP located at Sakhalin Island？

I have found a provider call IT-Sakh.
Website: https://www.it-sakh.net/en/

They provides VPS hosting located Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk which is the captial of Sakhalin Island.

It would be wonderful if anyone can provides a test ip from them or a test ip located at Sakhalin Island.

    Have you tried the website itself? Seems to be on an ASN in the Sakhalin region.
