Looking for 2 KVM's with 2GB inbetween the 2 crazy days

Black Friday was good, but I did not got me everything what I wanted, sadly.
So I may ask, if someone else could deliver?
What I need:
CPU: 2 vCores+
Memory: 2GB+
Disk: 30GB HDD+, preferred SAS or SSD/NVMe
Traffic: 500GB+ @ 500Mbit or better, nothing below that.
AntiDDOS: yes
Virtualization: KVM
Location: Europe (not UK)
Price: 1-4$/month or quarter/semi annually/annually

monitoring .. the one closest with your need was inception before they OOS, but their disk only 15GB NVMe ..
Can do 2GB RAM with 40GB disk in NL for $4/month paid quarterly.
Well, seems to be pointless, since I get offers that are 2x and more expensive then the stuff on BF.
50$ pays me 2x of the KVM's I got at BF.
