I have recently faced some random issues like one of my server becomes un-accessible ,everything stops working for sometime and then suddenly starts working.all load and ram usage is very low.No ddos sign.Anyone facing that issue?

I've not experienced this, but I have had quite a few issues with the vzcpt module.
@Damian does the solusvm graph shows blank for that time? Also cpu E3 or E5?
I don't know what "the solusvm graph" is.
CPU is AMD Opteron 4184.
