Vmbox.co - small support review

So after two years with Vmbox.co finally i decided to move out. But always has no time ... and so on. And one day i saw my few sites down.
Contacted the support ( didin't want to pay yearly).

And the story starts here!
08/11/2017 (19:28) - asked if it possible to pay monthly.
08/11/2017 (21:54) - answer - NO
09/11/2017 (12:52) - i asked how to get backup of my vps.
11/11/2017 (08:56) answer from staff and ticket closed: If you paid $15 we can unsuspend for a month.

11/11/2017 (10:33) I made 15$ payment and created ticket.
11/11/2017 (15:28) support: asked me ( What transaction ID?)....
11/11/2017 (18:25) I passed the Invoice ID
13/11/2017 (23:34) Support: "What email did you send the payment to" - WTF yes....

So i created one more ticket:
13/11/2017 (11:04) Please unsuspend my service asap!.
14/11/2017 (21:53) And finally got my service unsuspended.

So one week down time, yes it's my fault not to check emails for invoices and payment's, but support of this company is ridiculous and tragic!

Also has contacted @VMbox on this forum for help, but only got information to create ticket :)

Comments

  • Was the entirety of your two years like this or... why did you stay with them so long otherwise? You must have liked them previously?

  • Had good deal here on LET 48$ yearly :)
Needed fresh Ip for several sites and they stayed there for two years...
I was willing to move out after first year but missed the deadline too :)
The service is not bad for the money you pay, but performance from DO or vultr is much much better.
