- Number of IPs: 1 per VPS.
- Location: Distributed globally
- Budget: $6.32 per VPS.
- Billing period: Happy to prepay annual after 1 month trial (which I will pay of course)
Additional:
- Bitcoin payment preferred.
- Looking for 1 provider with multiple locations to distribute the 200 VPS.
- Bulk setup by provider unless there is an API available
- Debian 9 preferred, Ubuntu acceptable.

I'm confused by this sentence. You want a 1 month trial for 200 VPS or you want a 1 month trial for 1 VPS then you buy 199 more?
He wants to pay to use it for a month, if hes happy he will sign a longer term commitment. Very reasonable request.
