Requesting cheap US/CA cheap Windows Storage VPS

Hi, I had this in wishosting but they ended all their VPS on USA and gave me useless credits for my money :(

Windows
1 Core
2 GB
500 GB
2 TB
250 Mbps
Las Vegas

$12 for 3 months service

Can anyone offer me something like that? I can pay even some more but just LITTLE more.
