Many people are offering Google Apps account. Is it legit to buy? Also how much of google drive storage do we get with it.

It depends on how you think. Its a legacy google apps account, the original owner is definitely not you, but they can help with domain primary change and making you the new owner. Free legacy google apps account come with 10, 50, 100, 200 users licenses and each users will have 15GB of free storage shared across gmail, drive, and photos.
Optionally, you can get directly from google under G Suite Basic which charges $5/month/user, but it comes with 30GB of storage.
