OVH doesn't reply my ticket

I am not a current OVH customer but i opened a ticket and asked about something, it's been few days and they haven't reply my ticket. Any idea why is that?
Btw i am on ovh.co.uk

    Easter break? Sales doesn't work during holidays most of the time.
