Have you try contacting cPanel support for this issue?
I am not the hosting provider, so will cpanel offer support?
No and your provider needs to fix it. You can not.
I’ve had a couple of tickets lately that are similar to this.
All boiled down to not using the providers nameservers.
Did you recently migrate from one host to another or even from one server to another?
There must be some issue with Apache Configuration file and your provider need to resolve this issue.
I would recommend you to restart your apache and Synchronise your DNS settings from WHM panel or if you have recently changed Shared to Dedicated IP then sometimes it takes time t resolve.
If registrar DNS is used instead of name servers, why does it create a problem
We saw the same issue on our shared hosting, as after upgrade from stable to current version of cPanel the Apache configuration became corrupted. Try to remove and add back the add-on domain, please note if you do have some custom DNS settings they will be lost and you will need to redo them.
In case of wordpress blogs will the blog have to be reinstalled
Don’t need to reinstall the Wordpress (if the same add on domain is used) but highly recommended to take the backup.
