i had a storage nat from MyServerPlanet last year, at first it was fine, but then had downtimes and low io etc... support took a lot to response, so i moved on.
i write this as a past client and i hope those those problems are in the past.
Should be now, really moved on a bit, if you want to give it ago again submit a ticket so we can sort you out.
