Can anyone rent out a small dedicated server for our VPN service with a shared gigabit uplink by Hurricane Electric (traffic: max. 30TB/month) and a small SSD or HDD to which we can bring our /24 subnet for a BGP session?
Price: Appx. $50/month.
After the first month we would like to pay half-yearly.
Payment in Bitcoins or VISA.

If a peeing route via Hurricane Electric works we can perhaps help. We can prefer a route, if announces by HE to us, if you like, via HE.

I'd recommend @Clouvider. He has direct peering with HE over LINX. He also offers a connexions service (we use) to connect to LINX for a very competitive charge.

We have peering over LINX and LONAP with HE - PM if you would like a quote.
PS: Did you want ALL traffic just going over HE?
@Zare OP looks for Singlehomed HE with potentially a backup via another provider.
You mean your upstream does? You have no peering at LINX/LONAP nor with HE.
