Looking for Quadhost/i-83 alternative

I'm not quite sure on what happened to Quadhost and their i-83 brand. I really enjoyed their service. However, since many have been talking about them being not responding any queries, therefore I need to look for alternative.

So, please suggest me other provider with similar or equivalent price.

VZ Type: OpenVZ

Number of Cores: any
RAM: 256-512 MB
Disk Space: 15-50 GB
Disk Type: any (SSD/HDD)

Bandwidth: Unmetered
Port Speed: 100Mbps*

* I don't want guaranteed port but at least if my server hit that limit, my server will not getting suspended or limited to below 100Mps.

DDoS Protection: Any

Number of IPs: any, NAT is also OK

Location: any location US and EU

Budget: equivalent to / similar to Quadhost/i-83 price range (doesn't have to be exactly the same)

Billing period: Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly

Looking forward for any suggestion...

if with 1 IPv4 and 512MB, then may be $3/month max
if NATted with 512MB, then may be $20/year max

for 256MB will ofcourse below that :)

Thanks for your suggestion, I'm still considering for higher bandwidth cap

Thanks for your suggestion, however the disk and RAM (and BW) are too small :)

any way, thanks you all :)

My standard offers are with "unlimited" bandwidth, if you use more than a certain amount of bandwidth the server is not suspended, only limited in speed.

I can also do adjustments to my default packages.

Storage example (standard price): 256mb ram, 50gb storage, 1TB before speed limit. $24.24 USD /year.

I would say that it is within your specifications.
    I'm willing to offer you a 512mb, 15gb storage, 750gb bandwidth before limit @ $15/year.
If you check your bandwidth usage on previous months. are you even close to those limits?

    £20/year

sounds interesting, to what speed the limit would be and does it automatically reset each month (the limit)?

currently the limit is set to 5mbit/s and it will reset every month. If we come to an agreement this limit can/will be changed if requested.
I'm different then most other providers who give you a monthly limit and then suspend your VPS when reached.

    This won't happen with me.
