Works on openVZ if they enable tun/tap
Mine runs under 9 MB of ram using debian 6 minimal template, I installed openVPN myself.
If it is only for yourself, a 32mb should be enough already. It is possible on all kind of virtualisations.
Instead of a script why not the OpenVPN AS?
Im beginner for linux...
I need auto installer that if have scripts
This is probably the best thing for you:

Do your self a favor and search a little bit next time:

Hint: use google, site: lowendtalk.com what you want to look for
Ohh and I am pretty sure you can find an howto for this within all of 20 seconds just using Google alone as well. Please at least try to find resources before posting here.
Cheers!
OpenVPN-AS is easy, you literally run 'rpm -Uvh randomopenvpn.rpm' and then you get an output of the links, add the password for the openvpn user and you're set to go.
OpenVPN connect is what you need for your Windows Machine to use the AS server.

used that on a few vm... pretty straight forward
lowest one i installed was on a 32mb debian minimal.
You can try securedragon they have debian template with pptp by default, also buyvm have template install for openvpn-as. That is if you don't wont to set it up your self
I have secure dragon and buyVM, regarding memory anything will do, my box is 32 mb at secure dragon, no problems at all.
Thank you for everyone~
