Just set the rules correctly and you should be fine.
Take note that new customers will have to pay an extra fee for AntiDDOS, unless you only want 500mbit/s protection.
Enable permanent mitigation and problem solved. If not, then enable GAME firewall. If still failing record with tcpdump and post here.
