Best Place to Get Paid Help to Tune High Traffic Website?

I need help tuning (Apache) on a high traffic website. It looks to me that the upgrade to Centos 6.4 knocked out some tuning that I had done a long time ago on. Previously I posted projects on RentaCoder/vWorker, but when Freelancer bought them, that service seems to have gone south. I've posted projects on WHT before, and DP too. Any suggestions on how to find someone to help me with this project for pay that would be interested in making it transparent to me so I can learn how to care for my servers? So what I want is to learn the process, not an end result. (I have modest Linux skills, but I like to learn).

Install an nginx proxy infront of the server.
Move the server fully to nginx and forget the proxy step above.
NGINX and use something like Varnish to cache.
What sort of problem you are having? Maybe you want to explain more ?
This step is really useful when you already have nginx??
Also, nginx has it's own caching module right?
@jhadley should be able to help!
Have lots of experience in this area, if interested, please contact me.
@jhadley is somewhat of a wizard.
Thanks @ElliotJ and @eastonch!
I would be happy to help you out, @MTUser2012. There is plenty about me at http://www.sysadmin.co.uk/ and my email address is me[at]jhadley.net.
We offer this as well. Would be happy to help.

Dropping a nginx/varnish install infront of it does not magically fine tune it.
It /can be/ counter productive if you simply catchall everything.
If I guess the site right, nginx will not improve performance. It's all related to MySQL.
