  @kcaj Thanks, the VPS is actually currently with LS, but looking to change it up a bit as the I/O has always been slightly slower than other places, but has gotten worse recently - a bundle install took 22s vs 8s on my other VPS, and librarian-puppet install took a whopping 2 minutes (vs 7s).

  Also considering the usual culprits (Linode, LightSail, GCE)
