Well we too use JMRP but we've never received any alert TBH.
They show JMRP complaint rate on SNDS "data" page and include it in SNDS automated data. But yes, never seen SNDS automated data file that includes sample message they claim at https://postmaster.live.com/snds/FAQ.aspx#SampleMessages.
If you do not see complaint rate >= 0.1% in SNDS data, it just means you do not have any complaints.
JMRP sends complaints from [email protected] to your address. We receive them.
Ok, I found it, there were in the Junk/SPAM folder.
It's crazy, because we use a hotmail account to receive this alerts. So, hotmail is puting their own emails in their own spam folder.

I receive Azure alerts in spam regularly. Whitelisting hasn't worked.
