Azure DSA vs CloudFlare Argo?

Azure's DSA seems to be something equivalent to CloudFlare's Argo Smart Routing?

Can anyone tell me the difference between the two? Thanks!

    Azure DSA -> CDN

    Cloudflare -> Free CDN

    (Cloudflare) Argo -> Route optimization.

    seems like DSA is something equivalent to CF Argo, not CF CDN...
