Webpage to test user connection to server?

Use Case

I have website hosted in Singapore and some of my user in Europe are facing connection issue to it. Its intermittent since last month.

So I'm thinking of having online diagnostic page that user can visit, click a button and it will run all the basic network troubleshooting.

At the very least,

  1. Speedtest

  2. Latency

  3. Packet loss

I've wrote a script that can do this from user PC but its very troublesome for user.

Question

Is there any existing tool/script that I can host in my server for this? Doesn't matter which language.
My Googling skill have failed me.

Thanks in advance.
