Spain has InterXion already but Equinix Seville (if that happens, which is not too likely) sounds interesting, don't think they have PT.
We'll see on the BW side who appears in Lisbon, but if Retn or similar might get a cheap leg... could be useful, HE comes anyway and i assume Cogent has something of a POP/backhaul customers already.
