I see they have a "24x7 Support" phone number on their website and also a "Live chat" button, have you tried those?

Is there any sticky in LET to report so-called dead hosts?
I saw an offer for vmbolt in 2015 post. But that host is no more..
Like that, there are lot of bookmarked hosts in my browser who are not live now.
There was a thought to create such list, but it would be to big and no one gets paid to
update it.
