alternative to Teamviewer for remote pc control
My company has disabled/ blocked team viewer (in/ out) from the corporate firewall. I would connect to my home pc on breaks to surf. Any alternatives to teamviewer/ how to circumvent the blocks?
At home I use an old pc running windows 7. Will Prefer something which has an android client too.

Apache Guacamole. Converted over from TeamViewer a couple of months ago and it rocks. A little harder to set up than TeamViewer but much more secure. Would be all through the browser so no need to install any software nor require any non http/https ports.
AnyDesk is pretty nice
Logmein is an option.
Vnc thru ssh is another. Depends on how much you company locks down the network.
I've had success with https://parsec.tv. I have it running on an EC2 instance and it feels almost native (as long as your ping isn't too high).
My home pc does not have any static ip. so, will it still work?

I have a windows vps that I connect to using standard RDP, 2FA using DUO.
Saves me alot of headaches.

Yes, there's a script that you can use that you run as a cron job that gets your IP and if it changes then it updates a dns record at cloudflare. Or you can use dyndns or some similar service.
It does look more for gaming, but it really is just a remote-access software (you can do anything on Parsec that you can do on VNC or RDP).
if it works, use anydesk. Better connectivity and speed than teamviewer and it is centralized, means, you do not need static ip to either of the ends.
I have a couple of dedicated servers around the world that I can use. DUO is free for 10 users as long as you do push notifications to their app for 2FA.
I use apps from portableapps.com and save them on a seperate dropbox account that I can sync between the computers I use.
Using portableapps I don't need administrative rights to Windows and can add/remove software as I please.
Also, with portableapps and a few powershell scripts to make initial adjustments to the server I could manage with 180 day trial licenses and reinstall when needed

I use parallels access (through my PC and Firefox or Microsoft Edge browser and with my Android phone with the Parallels App). I pay $20/year for it (1 user - access up to 5 remote computers).

Replace Windows with Debian and use SSH.
Linux is not the solution for everything... How will he format his work pc installing Linux and what software can he use for a corporate environment?

Why nobody mention Ultraviewer ?
Works similar like teamviewer. Install in both PC, put ID and Password and Connect. It's about 5mb big.

HTML5 VNC Console is good for VM Management (For example, Public or Private Cloud), for other remote access control - Teamviewer is good (however costs money if you are using it for business) but there are solid alternatives available such as:
