Looking for a dedi where I can use my own drives

So I might need another dedi in the forseeable future. Thus I'm looking for a dedi where I can send in and use my own drives. Can anyone recommend a provider that allows for that? Pref. Germany but if not central EU should be fine.

Specs:

CPU: Surprise me

RAM: 16GB+

Bandwidth: 10-20TB @ 1 Gbit/s Port

DDoS Protection

Drives: 1x drive which I will send myself

Budget: ~40€

    Location: Europe

    CPU: > 2k Benchmark

    RAM: 2GB

    Traffic: ~5TB Traffic max, will be less likely

    HDD: I'll ship my own
