I would like to ask if there is any offers for something like this:
E3/E5 processor (Any generation will do)
32Gb RAM
xxx SSD
Additional IPs: 1 x /29 and 1 x /28
Preferred location: USA, FR, CA, NL, UK
Edited Budget: ~60$ (IP included) - 50$ (IP not included)
Please don't mention Hetzner, OVH, SYS, Kimsufi, Nocix because I already got servers from Hetzner and OVH, would like to own servers from other providers
P/s: I know this is something like impossible but still want to seek for it! and understand performance per price as well (Won't expect a blazing fast speed on a budget node lol). Already check around LET, LEB and WHT 
Will buy with amounts like 5-10 after some testing!
Any deals that close to my given specs is welcomed!
