    You may get this, but it'll be dodgy with terrible support. I'd suggest upping your price tag if you want some premium shite.

    DMCA isn't ignored there, It's Germany. (All German hosts I know have DMCA forwarded)

    and most will have your ass kicked quickly if occuring multiple times, so definitely not recommending netcup. ;-)

    We ignore DMCA, we will never suspend/nullroute a service unless an official court order is received.
    However you are too cheap, maybe someone who offers HDD can beat that price.

    @cociu is dmca proof. he also has cheap storage vps. I don't know if he offer kvm tough
