You could start by explaining why don't you order from OVH directly. 2 Core 4GB KVM costs 16 EUR from them.

Regarding their new 2017 lineup:

He didn't add any bandwidth to his post, also what @Aiden said before me, you have 500GB @ 1Gbps after that you have Unlimited traffic @ 10Mbps
You won't get a 4GB server in OVH SGP with the game firewall that cheap unless the host is overselling disk + RAM in or is not doing it for profit, unless you're looking for 400GB~ bandwidth only. Just go with OVH directly and modify the network firewall to do it's job.
