OVH have a datacenter in Singapure as I know.
We have powerfull protection with SAMP profile in italy and host some big SAMP.

But is italy, EU, have you a test ping so i can give you the latency? I think will be high

Not sure if you require a dedicated or a VM but treudler.net comes to mind. They resell ovh and have a game vps range.
