These VPS are ultra slow because they oversell their resources. I bought their yearly VPS and used it just once because for some basic updates like (yum update), you need to wait half a hour. Also for account verification you need to have german number (dont know if its now but back in 6 months it was)

Nice overselling offers. Some German companies like to oversell.
I have one 1.5GB-ram vps from NOEZ, and in addition to terrible suport, performance is far from good. As soon as memory-usage goes >50%, it begins to crawl. Seems to me to be heavily oversold. I'm using it for backup dns/mx. Not suitable for much else...
Noez is worse than greenvaluehost, stay away from that shit. Better get an Hetzner vps.

I have bought their one VPS,but after paied the bill, they ask a German phone verification. I am in China asked refund, but they only agree return 8 of 20EUR to me.
