Changing primary domain of GApps Legacy

Hi,
I've been occasionally using a GApps Legacy account which I setup for an old domain of mine. Since my side project on that domain has ended, I'm thinking of letting that domain go.
Is there a way to change Legacy (10 users) GApps account primary domain to a one that I currently own?

Add a domain alias and use it. There are people who do the change using undocumented google api for a fee, but I'm afraid Google will crack down on people who may have used it so not used it myself.

He did it for free.
Yeah, but the point remains ... there seems to be a unofficial market for these domains, and if Google cracks down it'll be hard to defend yourself if you've done a swap anytime.
And most of the comments are genuine, trustworthy.. @advarisk let me know if it works for you or not. Best of luck. :-)
You probably meant the OP, not me.
I've already added that domain as an alias but I'm afraid to drop my primary domain. (I know domain pricing is peanuts still...) What will happen if someone registers that domain then uses it to get ahold of my multi billion dollar operation emails?
I do not have any sensitive information on the domain other than few emails that have been exchanged between bloggers and supporters that have used my last side project. Still, I'm not sure why he cannot explain the method as he's not charging for the task.
Yeah. I do have two separate subscriptions for Gsuit but kinda grumpy on spending the same amount on a project that is a loss-lead.
I haven't decided if I should use the service or not.
Why not just use Yandex?
I do have a mail stack setup on a VPS via MailChannels. Though I like Google interface and integration. It's just a personal thing.
