  We do not get DDoS. This is not a public accessed service. It does have extremely high PP/S so that might be relevant in a way; but we'd need this disabled/changed then.

  That would be a point... if the DDoS protection would be relevant at all in this thread, or my post. Which it is not. Hardware and network layout wise you are not far from Hetzner, which is pretty much also part of your direct competition.
