Server TeamSpeak

Hello! I told them a little about my problem, I had a teamspeak server in my house I have 200 Mb symmetric, I had no problem, until they started doing DDos attacks, approximately 40 and 80 people connected, the server was in Mexico for Which people gave low ping, I saw the need to rent a server with the following characteristics

¼ Core @ 3.50+ GHz
Fair Share CPU Usage
1024 MB Memory
20 GB SSD Storage
Unmetered Bandwidth

Unfortunately it did not work as I expected, some people disconnected them, my question is, do they know of a server near Mexico, for example Texas with DDOS protection and at a good price?

Had a good experience with NFO and their DDoS protection back when I rented a VPS from them. Take a look here: https://www.nfoservers.com/order-virtual-dedicated-server.php

If you want to try out mine in Canada there's a 3 day refund period, I have a pretty good amount of clients from South America (Brazil, VZ) and Mexico that run Teamspeak or game servers. $3 plan is more than enough https://extravm.com/openvzvps.html.

    Thanks, I'll check your link

  • Dont publish your server on the public ts server list, helps a lot. (there's a checkbox in the server config)

Cconner, Do you think that with this sea enough for 100-200 people?

Access to one HT CPU core (Intel Sandy Bridge or better)
    1024 MB of RAM
    100 GB of RAID-protected storage
    6000 GB of bandwidth transfer

  • go for omgserv they have game firewall rules and you can do granular controls then any any other provider you may have used.

It looks very good, but there is a problem, the datacenter is in France, and they do not have support for windows system

The CPU core is dedicated to you, so yes. I've ran a similar size TeamSpeak on it before.

  • If you email them they can do something. they reply in 1-2 hour

  • Thanks to everyone for their answers, I have been testing nfo servers for more than 1 week, and they have met the expectations, they have not fallen, good ping, and most importantly it has mitigated the attacks ddos
