Edit: Is this them? They charge $10/GB for VPS, at that price why not just go with a provider that has reviews like DO/Vultr/RamNode/etc?
Yes it is, but i was looking at their dedicated servers.

OVH reseller IIRC. Got a VPS or two with them, works as intended. Not much to go on for you I know, but for me when you own lots of VPS, it's the ones that just 'work' in the background are the ones that are best.
