Didnt have problems in the last 5 years with opensuse/debian, centos should be just as good.
Not sure about the volume size but I imagine you should be able to do this with ntfs-3g
I've never had a 3TB drive to try NTFS-3G with but I imagine it should work.
Why not?
The reverse (mouting ext3 / ext4 partitions on Windows) is really in an awful state, there basically isn't anything that has write support. Haven't had the opportunity to test ntfs-3g yet, hence my question.
