Hi all,
I want to buy a KVM VPS with the following specifications:
1 CPU 2GB RAM 25GB DISK 1TB @ 1 Gbps Shared 1 x IPv4
Price is very important so I will pay yearly to get the best discount!
The VPS will be used as a small email server using VestaCP (just normal transactional mail server, not bulk/newsletter emails), so the IP must be clean from blacklists and belong to a “clean” IP block not blocked by Hotmail or any other major ESP.

The Hotmail required to register the IP address on their Smart Network Data Services program, this way your emails definitely reach Outlook/Hotmail users.

Thanks for the information. I mention this because I have a VPS with a clean IP (not present in any blacklist) but I'm unable to send emails to @hotmail.com because the network range is blocked. I get the following error message:

It depends how strict your bandwidth needs are.
I can do a custom version with 25GB HDD, 2GB RAM, 1 CPU, and 500GB Bandwidth for a few dollars less, but I can't do 30, sorry.
