Looking for a /26 IPv4 range + VPS (USA/Non-ARIN only)

8GB RAMs - 100gb hdd - centos 7.3 - 2~4 cores cpu - 1gbps - 10TB

The IPs must be USA / NON-ARIN

Explanation: the IPs has to be from another issuer than ARIN and SWIP'd to USA.

Budget: $85

    The IPs will be used by a cybercafe to allow members access USA-Only services (web browsing/gaming/TV)

    SmartLaunch, Activities are monitored, risk-free, mailing port is not needed.

    Preferably RIPE but afrinic, lacnic or apnic works too (must be swip'd to a USA location)
