cPanel CSF slow down access to webmail

jenokjenok Member, Host Rep

Hello Folks,

Anyone ever faced access to webmail slow down when CSF enabled ?

This wasn't an issue weeks ago, not sure if the cPanel updates caused this or not.

Thanks in advanced.

Default rules, allow some regular ports.
    And cphulkd disabled

Usually default csf does not impact applications in sesnsible manner. It's roundcube problem. Try horde.

One more idea: if you have limited your apache memory in WHM, remove this setting. It helps.

nevermind, The plugins itself caused this. Case closed :D

  • In such cases, try to reinstall CSF.

PS. I know case is closed but would be helpful for someone. :)
