But at least 512mb ram, and with an easy ip.

Ask netcup support via e-mail.
I have had 2 netcup RS, their IPs were 185.162.2XX.XXX
They have multiple subnets and they're open for IP requests so it's worth a try. Something like 195.162.295.162 would be possible within the mentioned subnet.
I have 10.0.0.1 but it will cost you something more... :P
