Need a Domain Suggestion

Hi,
I've chosen a domain name to work with my template. But, there is a confusing decision where I'm currently stuck to.
Suppose, I want my site's name Sync Network (only suppose, it's not so). But, I have found that:
syncnetwork.com isn't available.
syncnetwork.net is available.
Again, sync-network.com & sync-network.net both are available.
I also found that syncnetwork.com is registered but has no website. It shows a Blank Page (no error, I assume that a blank HTML page is uploaded). I contacted the owner of syncnetwork.com but he's not interested in selling his domain rather than want to keep it without any reason. 
Now, suggest me which domain from these 3 will be much better ??

Try to find new name and register a .com domain..
(For hosting company I recommended you to always chose .com domain name for your main company)
But, I need that very domain only
Yeah, I also prefer that and I'm going to do so tomorrow
Recently I have been getting .co names when .com isn't available. Of course .net works too.
