    I believe Virmach and Sentris have some dirty cheap deals meeting your requirements; but don't expect a high uptime as per your budget.

    go for @AnthonySmith, he knows his shit. If you want nat, you can go as low as $2 / year with @cam. And I think he can provide under $10 / year vps.

    Wrong. Some services under $10/y are very reliable and have good performance, other ones are not. No way to say before testing.

    OP didn't mention any bandwidth preferences so why not just posting a proper, under $10/yr offer.

    2nd to this, don't get your hope too high. I have Yearly 2GB RAM VPS with them. Using them for testing purposes.
