We offer cPanel licenses with our VPS plans for $10/month.
Find a provider who offers VPSes from Chicago via SingleHop, you can get them for $7.50/mo then AND free SSL. =]
Singlehop is a great provider, but not LEB friendly.

If you wish to use another provider, one that price matches will match you for 13.00 to use them.

I use buycpanel who pricematched for me. I use them for cpanel (13), softaculous (50 cents) and solusvm (2.25 slave only master, 9.00 slave)

I don't see anyone selling cPanel license for $7.50 /mo.. the lowest is $10 /mo

is 9.70 / 12 = $0.80 per month not $1.2
