Just adding my two cents in since it was bumped today, I also have used PSM and must admit the price was awesome as long as you use cPanel, which is their only requirement. I used them a couple of years ago to manage one of my production servers when I just did not have the time. I never had to wait long and they always seemed to know quite well what they were doing.
@Clancoms What type of management are you after? Is it something like basic Solusvm/Cpanel/Da management? If so, it will be really cheap and we3care, bobcare etc are good. If you require a complete system management and something custom, your best option is to get a tech from the DC or who lives nearby. If not, Steve from Rack911 is a rockster.
Heard good things with rack911, but for one offs, i'm sure people around here can help you / S-Admin for you for cheaps.
i already use platinumservermanagement on our web hosting server i need management on our solusVM dedicated box and they wont touch it.
