Looking for windows vps for video encoding

I need a windows vps that allows video encoding. You don't have to provide the license cause I have my own. Any location is fine.

20GB Space (the more the better)
1GB Ram
500GB bandwidth

    If you're going to be encoding all the time then what you need is a dedicated CPU core, and you're not going to get that for $7. I suggest looking into a dedicated with a $39/m budget or one of BlueVM's quarter servers.
