before you buy this vps, you should know:

3. the vps is set up by hand (they don't provide api), on Workdays (Monday to Friday) 17:30-18:20,22:00-22:30 GMT+8 and Weekends (Saturday/Sunday) 9:00-22:00 GMT +8.
4. the vps may perform bad (outage, low I/O, low network speed, etc)

@ihatetonyy I don't know how to translate it actually. It's called 备案 in Chinese, If you want to make a website with China VPS/Hosting, you must hand in a lot of identity information. But this offer don't need to hand in.

sorry, I haven't seen any metered in mainland China. Most are low port with unmetered traffic. Maybe you can have a look at Hongkong, Singpore or Taiwan?
