Need KVM/Xen VPS for Streisand

KVM/Xen - basically need virtualization with possibility to do kernel changes for IPsec.

I'm not quite sure about requirements, so giving approximate.

Number of Cores: 1+
RAM: 1+ GB
Disk Space: At least 5 GB

Bandwidth: 250GB+
Port Speed: The more the better
Location: US/Europe
Budget: up to 24$/year
Billing period: Yearly/Quarterly

The rest specs don't matter.

So far I see Virmach to have 17.4$/year KVM with 1GB ram, but is there any other good options?

    Well, there's Aruba Cloud, where some locations are still 1 GB for EUR 1 per month.

    I don't think OpenVZ gives enough freedom to change kernel. Either way, I tried Streisand on it, and it wasn't successfull.

    Seems Virmach offers better specs for lower price tho.

    Still looking for better options. I need Europe specific location now.

    Virmach is out of stock.
    ArubaCloud seem to be VMWare, but I would prefer KVM.

    VMHaus currently checking it.
