I have server that bought yesterday because my online.net seem the speed is worse (https://www.lowendtalk.com/discussion/116698/slow-speed-on-online-net-to-asia-and-us)
But today when I check again the speed back to normal.
I check with my home connection, vps in singapore and jakarta and all with good speed around 4MB/s
And BHS server have same speed but as I need the 1Gbps upload from online.net and SYS only 250MBps and most my upload to EU so I don't need again.

Expiry date is 13 Jul 2017
Monthly price USD$35. I just sell for US$25
