Dedicated Server, 6TB+ Storage, Any Location
I’m looking for a dedicated server that decently beats the price of the low end SoYouStart servers, such as the OP-SAT-1-32 offer ($39 USD, Opteron 4334 6c/6t, 32 GB RAM, 2x3TB). The reason I mention that server in particular is it’s the lowest cost one with the most storage. I would like more than 6TB if possible (low end HDD is fine). All the other specifications are less important to meet, and could be lower than the OP-SAT-1-32 offer. I will install Proxmox. SoYouStart offers 16 IPs at no monthly cost ($3 USD setup fee per IP). I don’t need that many; /29 would work. Again, other than price, storage is most important. I don’t think I will ever need more than 10TB/mo traffic, but I would like to have the option to use/buy more if/when needed at low cost. Any location is fine.

Hetzner auction probably your best bet.
Currently, i7-2600k, 2x3TB disk, 16GB ram at 24EUR, plus ~ 6 EUR for /29.
