    This seems to be JavaScript with a PHP "connector". I like this statement: "The RichFilemanager is designed to work without any special configuration but using it without any configuration is VERY unsafe."

    Yeah, sure. :-)

    For all I know, it may be a brilliant piece of software, but in addition to the significant required resources, I would be cautious: the lack of any releases so far, not to mention many commits dating from two years ago. I wonder about the size of the user base.
