Why Xen/KVM specifically?
And? he offers KVM.
In Texas, not Seattle
KVM in only Texas it seems. Only OpenVZ in Seattle.
Some of the OpenVZ providers do get OpenVPN/PPTP to run correctly, but I've also ran into providers who claim to do it properly while in reality they do not. Xen/KVM to be on the safe side.

I sitll remember when I had my nice Xen of $6 bucks with curlhost... was one of my best machines and I was a happy customer u_u
We'll probably have Seattle going not too far from now.
