I have a server with Heymman (hdd's instead of ssd's though). They had a few network issues in the past couple months but were resolved very quickly and Francis is really good about being transparent about issues and sending out updates. Just to forewarn, they use a single-homed Cogent network. But I have consistently been able to reach 1Gbps in and out without any issues. Francis responds very quickly to tickets also.
I have one with Heymman. These servers and support are really good, but almost nobody here likes Cogent.
